it was bound to happen sooner or later, but it is safe to say i didn't think it was going to happen quite so soon. this morning, while dropping alex off for school, my goodbye kiss was DENIED.
"i love you mom, but you will embarrass me to death if you kiss me in front of my friends."
i was not prepared for that.
